We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital software that can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered, except where required under UK consumer law or at our discretion.

This Policy explains when refunds may and may not be issued.


2. Digital Product Nature

Once plugin files or licence bundles have been downloaded or accessed, they cannot be “returned”. You retain ongoing access to the files after purchase.

For this reason, refund requests based on:

  • change of mind
  • mistaken purchase
  • no longer needing the product
  • choosing not to use the product
  • lack of technical knowledge to install or configure
  • incompatibility with your theme, hosting or third-party plugins

are normally not eligible.


3. Technical Issues

If you encounter a genuine technical issue with our plugin that prevents it from functioning as described:

  2. Provide full details, including screenshots, error logs or steps to reproduce
  3. Allow us reasonable time to investigate and assist

If the issue is caused by our Software and we are unable to resolve it, we may, at our discretion, approve a refund.

We cannot provide refunds for:

  • conflicts caused by other plugins or themes
  • server or hosting configuration issues
  • failure to meet stated system requirements
  • modifications made to the plugin code

4. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. Where the additional purchase has not been used, we will normally refund the duplicate transaction.


5. Fraud or Unauthorised Payments

If you believe your payment was made fraudulently or without authorisation, please contact your bank or card provider immediately as well as notifying us.


6. Agency Bundles and Licence Packs

Refunds for agency bundles are normally not available once the bundle files or licence keys have been accessed or distributed, due to the risk of misuse.


7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issue.

Unfounded chargebacks may result in:

  • licence deactivation
  • account restriction
  • legal recovery of funds where appropriate

We aim to resolve issues fairly and reasonably.


8. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
