By purchasing, downloading, installing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms:
- Software means any plugin, addon, code, or digital product provided by us.
- Licence means the right to use the Software under these Terms.
- Single site licence means a licence that may be used on one website per activation.
- Agency bundle means a bundle of multiple licence activations intended for agencies and developers managing multiple client sites.
- Website means any website or domain where the Software is installed.
- Client means a customer of an agency or developer who uses our Software as part of their services.
3. What We Provide
We develop and sell:
- WordPress plugins that integrate with WooCommerce and other WordPress plugins
- Licence keys for activating those plugins
- Agency bundles containing multiple activations and plugin files
All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided.
You are responsible for determining whether our Software is suitable for your intended use, environment and technical setup.
4. Eligibility and Use
By purchasing or using our Software, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- if you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you are authorised to bind that business
- you will use our Software in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
You may use our Software for your own business or for your clients, subject to the licence terms.
5. Ordering and Payment
5.1 Ordering
Orders are placed through our website or any other sales channel we provide.
Before submitting your order, you must check and correct any errors in your order information. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product subject to these Terms.
We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, for example if:
- payment cannot be processed

5.2 Pricing

- downloading and safely storing your files
- keeping your licence keys private and secure
We recommend keeping backups of your downloads and keys.
7. Licence Terms
7.1 Nature of Licence
When you purchase our Software, you acquire a licence to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by AlfieLucas Ltd.
7.2 Single Site Licences
Unless otherwise stated:
- a single site licence permits activation on one website per licence key
- you may use single site licences on your own site or a client’s site
- if you move a website to a new domain, you may need to deactivate and reactivate the licence
7.3 Agency Bundles
Agency bundles include multiple activations, for example:
- multiple Scratch licences
- multiple Spin licences
- multiple Slots licences
Usage rules:
- each activation is for one website
- you may use these activations across multiple client sites
- you must not resell the keys as stand alone products without our prior written consent
- you remain responsible for how your clients use the Software
7.4 Term and Renewals
Licence duration and renewals will be stated at the point of sale, for example annual licences that include updates and support for a defined period.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- when a licence period expires, continued updates and support may require renewal
- the Software may continue working after expiry, but you may lose access to new versions and support
7.5 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- share licence keys publicly, post them online or include them in open source repositories
- resell or redistribute our Software beyond what is allowed by your licence
- modify, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code, except where permitted by law
- remove or alter copyright notices or branding in a way that violates our rights
We may suspend or revoke licences that are used in a way that breaches these Terms.
8. Updates and Compatibility
8.1 Updates
Where your licence includes access to updates:
- we may release bug fixes, improvements or new features
- availability of updates does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all third party plugins, themes or hosting environments
We are not obligated to add specific features or custom changes unless agreed separately.
8.2 Compatibility
Our Software may require:
- a minimum WordPress version
- a minimum PHP version
- WooCommerce and specific third party plugins such as Giveaways for WooCommerce by Flintop for certain features
It is your responsibility to:
- maintain your hosting and WordPress environment
- test updates in a staging environment before applying them to live sites
- check compatibility with your other plugins and theme
We cannot guarantee that our Software will be compatible with every plugin, theme or hosting configuration.
9. Support
9.1 Included Support
Where support is included with your licence, it is normally provided by email via compkit@kriscreates.co.uk.
Support covers:
- genuine issues with our Software
- clarification on configuration and documented features
Support does not include:
- custom feature development
- bespoke modifications for your specific use case
- fixing problems caused by other plugins, themes or hosting setups
- general WordPress, WooCommerce or server administration
9.2 Response Times
We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable timeframe. Exact response times may vary depending on workload and complexity. There is no guaranteed response time unless stated in a separate support agreement.
10. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered, except where required under UK consumer law or at our discretion.
If you experience a technical problem:
- Contact us promptly with details and any relevant error messages
- Allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue
If we are unable to resolve a problem with the core functionality of our Software, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund.
We do not offer refunds for:
- incompatibility with third party themes or plugins
- issues caused by your hosting environment
- change of mind or purchase by mistake once the software has been downloaded or accessed
- failure to read or understand the product description before purchase

All Software, documentation, designs, code and related materials are the intellectual property of AlfieLucas Ltd or its licensors.
You may not:
