Get Everything in Place
Work down the list. If a reveal isn’t showing, the cause is almost always a missing item here.
Running on WordPress 6.0+ with PHP 7.4 or newer.
CompKit will not function without it.
Instant Reveal is available as soon as it’s activated.
Turned on in the Giveaway for WooCommerce settings.
Required so CompKit knows which prizes to reveal.
Your giveaway products must be in the reveal category.
Free Instant Reveal, or an unlocked premium game.
For premium games, activate the licence in the plugin admin.
Common Issues
Confirm that Instant Win and Prize Groups are enabled, the product is in the Instant Reveal category, and a reveal game is selected. Clear any caching plugin and server cache, then place a fresh test order.
Make sure the Smart Email Delay Handler is enabled. If a third-party SMTP or transactional email plugin sends WooCommerce emails directly, check that it isn’t bypassing the standard WooCommerce email hooks.
Open the CompKit licence screen and confirm the licence key is active for your domain. Ensure your server can reach the KrisCreates licence server and that no firewall or security plugin is blocking the outbound request on confirmation pages.
Disable any “optimisation” features that defer or combine CSS/JS aggressively for the confirmation page, and re-test. Theme styles that force fixed widths on the order page can also interfere.
